These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (snmandbbdispatch.us) and the truck dispatching services provided by SNM and BB Dispatch Solutions LLC. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

1. Services Offered

SNM and BB Dispatch Solutions LLC provides professional independent freight dispatching services to owner-operators and fleet owners. Our services include finding freight loads, negotiating freight rates with brokers or shippers, handling setup packets, and administrative paperwork management. We operate strictly as an independent contractor under your authority.

2. Carrier Eligibility and Obligations

To utilize our dispatch services, you (the “Carrier”) must maintain active operating authority (MC and DOT numbers) with the FMCSA, a valid W-9 form, and a compliant Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting industry standards. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date documentation via our onboarding platforms. The Carrier retains full responsibility for truck operations, safety compliance, and final load acceptance.

3. No Forced Dispatch

We operate on a strict “No Forced Dispatch” policy. SNM and BB Dispatch Solutions LLC will present available freight options based on your preferred lanes and rate requirements, but the final decision to accept or decline any specific load rests solely with the Carrier.

4. Payment and Fees

Our service fees are based on the agreed-upon percentage or flat rate per booked load, as outlined in your signed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement. Payments must be cleared according to the invoicing schedule provided by our billing team. SNM and BB Dispatch Solutions LLC is not a factoring company or freight broker; we do not pay carriers directly for loads hauled. Broker payments remain between the Carrier and the respective broker or shipper.

5. Limitation of Liability

SNM and BB Dispatch Solutions LLC makes every effort to secure high-paying, reliable freight from reputable brokers. However, we are not liable for any losses, delays, cancellations, cargo damage, equipment breakdowns, or non-payment issues arising from transactions between the Carrier and third-party freight brokers or shippers.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your submission of company details, files, and personal information through our forms is governed securely by our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict confidentiality and only share your paperwork with authorized brokers or shippers for the explicit purpose of booking freight on your behalf.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
